Desa Potato Head, Bali Opening: Spring 2021 Potato Head, Bali’s coolest resort, finally debuts their long-in-the-works creative village in Seminyak this spring. Six Senses Fort Barwara, Rajasthan Opening: Late 2021 Six Senses takes over a 14th century fort once belonging to India’s Rajasthani royal family, and will turn it into a wellness wonderland: there’s a 30,000-square-foot spa and traditional gardens in addition to its 48 guest suites.

Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel is overseeing the architecture—transforming the former hospital into a hotel—and famed industrial designer Philippe Starck is working on the interiors. Rosewood Le Guanahani, St Barth’s Opening: Summer 2021 St. Barth’s is abuzz with Rosewood’s revitalization of Le Guanahani, an iconic property that indefinitely closed after Hurricane Irma hit. The design, done by Luis Pons Design Lab, will evoke a colorful Caribbean style by combining hues of turquoise, yellow, and lavender. Plus it’s the only full-service resort on the French West Indies island, complete with a beach club, a pool, a tennis court, spa, fitness center, and a waterfront restaurant.
