Innocence as in “naivety”, not innocence as in “not guilty of any crimes”. Yep, it’s a great movie. Proof that Lucas had more to him than just Star Wars. You watch this alongside Star Wars and THX-1138 and you see that he was a really interesting filmmaker and I wish he directed more. He said he’d go back to making smaller art movies…but he hasn’t done anything!
